Delivery conditions in Europe (excluding French overseas departments and territories)
At whenspeed, we are committed to offering you a fast and reliable delivery service. This is why we have chosen a range of delivery partners for all orders shipped within Europe (excluding DOM-TOM islands).
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For all orders shipped within Europe, delivery times are estimated to be between 1 and 7 working days.
Delivery costs
- Free delivery: Delivery is free for all orders over €150.
- Paid delivery: For orders under €150, a delivery charge of €5.90 applies.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery in real time on the carrier's website using this number.
Returns policy
We accept returns for all orders delivered to France, in accordance with our returns policy. For more details, please see our Returns Policy.
Exceptions
- Deliveries to French Overseas Departments andTerritories (DOM-TOM): We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for deliveries to French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM).
- Additional lead times: In exceptional cases (bad weather, strikes, busy periods), delivery lead times may be extended. We will keep you informed of any delays.
