Returns Policy for Deliveries in Europe

At whenspeed, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy below carefully.
Return Policy
- Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
- Condition of Products: Items returned must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be reimbursed.
- Ineligible Products: Certain items cannot be returned. These include
- Sale or promotional items
- Used or damaged items
Returns Process
- Return Request: Contact our customer service department at contact@whenspeed.com or via our online contact form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Returns Label: A returns label will be provided in your parcel once your returns request has been approved. You may then use this label.
- Return Dispatch: Securely pack the items to be returned and affix the returns label to the parcel. Drop the parcel off at a collection point or arrange a collection as per the instructions provided.
Return costs
- Return costs : For orders over €300, a return fee of €19.90 is payable by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
- Free return postage: for all orders under €150 within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
- Product Exchange: We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@whenspeed.com.
