Warranty and after-sales service at WhenSpeed.com
Your Product Warranty
When you invest in a product from Whenspeed.com, we understand the importance of long-term peace of mind. That's why we offer a solid warranty to ensure your continued satisfaction with your purchase.
Length of warranty
The standard warranty covers your product for a period of 2 years, unless otherwise specified. In addition, the battery is guaranteed for one year unless otherwise stated.
Warranty cover
In the event of a warranty claim for your product, provided the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, Whenspeed.com will pay for the necessary parts, their replacement and the cost of returning the product to our workshop in France.
Although returns are infrequent, we strongly recommend that you retain the original packaging and protective materials to facilitate the return process if necessary.
Warranty conditions
It is important to note that the guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and not errors in use or maintenance.
To benefit from the guarantee, you will need to provide proof of the faults found in your product.
Your problem is not covered by the warranty.
We provide you with technical support to answer all your technical questions, and to help you with all maintenance operations, replacement of worn parts (tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, etc.) or repairs outside the scope of your product warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty
Although our guarantee is extensive, it does not cover certain parts that are subject to normal wear and tear or certain specific cases, in particular:
Tyres
Inner tubes
Brake pads and discs
Brake cables
Bearings (depending on certain factors)
Plastic and rubber seals
Normal ageing of the battery
In addition, the warranty does not cover the following items:
Modifications to the scooter
Damaged electric cables
Excessive use in the rain
Misuse of the product
Maintenance errors
Transfer of warranty
If you sell your scooter to a third party, you must provide the new purchaser with a transfer certificate signed by you and a copy of the purchase invoice. If you are a person who has bought a scooter sold from our website by a third party, you must provide this certificate, the purchase invoice and a copy of your ID in order to claim your warranty.
