Brand and license

The wenspeed.com site is operated by Vowenx SAS , which holds an exclusive license to use the Wenspeed brand. The brand belongs to its private owner, and Vowenx SAS is authorized to use it only for the operation of the site and its commercial activities.

1. Object

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern all sales of products made on the site wenspeed.com by Vowenx SAS . By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

  • All products sold on the site are offered by Vowenx SAS under license of the Wenspeed brand.
  • The photos and descriptions of the products are provided for information purposes only.
  • Vowenx SAS reserves the right to modify the product offering or their characteristics at any time.
  • Products available: electric scooters and two-wheel accessories.
  • Delivery: exclusively in Europe.

3. Order

  • Orders are placed online via the site, while stocks last.
  • The order is validated after acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, choice of address and delivery method, and validation of payment.
  • The order is final after confirmation by email and collection of the price.
  • Vowenx SAS reserves the right to block an order in the event of a payment problem, incorrect address or dispute.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (excluding delivery costs).
  • Delivery costs specified before validation of the order.
  • Payment due immediately upon ordering.
  • Payment methods:bank card, Bancontact, Ideal, Multibanco, Klarna.
  • The buyer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery to the address indicated by the buyer. The buyer must check the condition of the package upon delivery and notify any anomaly on the delivery note and by email.
  • Indicative delivery times: 1 to 7 working days for mainland France and Corsica, no later than 30 days after the order.
  • Returns: report within 14 days of delivery. Return costs payable by the buyer.
  • Returned products: complete and in original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).

6. Right of withdrawal

Deadline: 14 days from receipt of the product.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products or made to customer specifications
  • Products unsealed for hygiene or safety reasons
  • Digital content provided on non-material support after start of execution of the contract

Refund: product price + initial delivery costs. Exchange or refund within 14 days, and no later than 30 days after receipt of the return.

7. Guarantees

7.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

  • Deadline: 2 years for new goods (1 year for used goods)
  • Buyer's choice: repair or replacement, unless impossibility or disproportionate cost

7.2 Legal guarantee against hidden defects

  • Time limit: 2 years from the discovery of the defect
  • The buyer may request cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the price

7.3 Commercial guarantee

Certain products may benefit from an additional commercial guarantee.

8. Intellectual property

The Wenspeed brand belongs to its private owner. Vowenx SAS is authorized to use it under license only for the site and its activities. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Responsibility

Vowenx SAS is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or accident. It ensures product compliance with standards and the legality of commercial communications.

10. Force majeure

Suspension of obligations in the event of force majeure (fire, storm, earthquake, transport blockage, network interruptions, etc.). If the event lasts more than 3 months, the contract may be terminated.

11. Personal data

Collection for order management and site improvement. User rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability via contact@vowenx.com . Sharing limited to service providers for execution of services (delivery, payment, support) in compliance with the GDPR. Security measures implemented.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law: French law. Competent court: Nîmes judicial court. Mediation possible via Consumer Mediation Commission or ODR platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/
