Return Policy for Deliveries in Europe

Introduction

At whenspeed, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below carefully.

General Return Conditions

  1. Return Deadline: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

  2. Condition of Products: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded.

  3. Non-Eligible Products: Some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Used or damaged items

Return Process

  1. Return Request: Contact our customer service at contact@whenspeed.com or via our online contact form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Label: A return label is provided in your package once your return request is approved you can then use this.

  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the items to return securely and affix the return label to the package. Drop off the package at a collection point or schedule a collection according to the instructions provided.

  4. All returns will be refused for the bike tire or electric scooter category, please check the information on the product sheet before ordering.
  5. Return Fees
  1. Return Fees: For orders over €300, a return fee of €19.90 is charged to the customer and will be deducted from your refund for the electric scooter & electric bike category.

  2. Free return costs: for all orders under €150 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  1. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

  1. Product Exchange: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at contact@whenspeed.com.
